Trix in Rome

Trix’ Travels was created with full cooperation of Trix the cat. She has been perfectly safe and lazy during the entire process that will now be posted every other Saturday. This weeks stop: Rome.

naamloosThe crazy blond person said that I must have been the tiniest cat that ever walked through this hall. I have no clue what that means, but according to pictures they held some of my cousins here to fight those weird two legged creatures. It was an unfair fight though. I’m not able to do much either when I’m starved and wounded already. So I was not very pleased when I was dragged to this location where so many of my kin have died. And it was no fun either when all those kids wanted to take pictures with me because that seemed cute for some reason, I did not understand much of what they said anyway.

Rome has nice pizza’s though, but the lion-killers did not invent those. They were created later, when those weird metal-wearing-people were gone already. I don’t understand why people love their old buildings so much. They are all so badly destroyed, it is like the humans don’t really care about their history and whether or not they can visit it later on. I do wonder if they actually remember the tales of people fighting here, or that they just assume what happened here and they don’t really know for sure. The human I’m traveling with used to study for that, for discovering old facts but I’m not sure whether or not she’s any good at that.

I think it is time for some pizza. Or some lasagna!
