Who is up for an adventure?

Born and raised below the sea surface, in the low countries of the Netherlands, I’ve focused my life on learning and researching. This attitude for adventure and exploring got me a bachelor’s degree in Journalism (2013), which I partly finished in the town of Makhanda, South-Africa. And a master’s degree in Classical and Mediterranean Archaeology and Museum Studies (2016), during which I focused my time on exploring the hills of Molise, Italy and on experimental archaeological methods using GIS-based computer systems to research the question whether visibility played a role during the building of Samnitic sanctuaries in the second century BC.

After finishing said research I’ve had a small detour through the field of people management in the position of extra’s coordinator on several filmsets, but this was not where my heart was. So I refocused on the fields of public relations, webdesign and content writing. I’m currently active as a content writer/marketeer, freelance text writer, researcher, and media consultant. Collaborations are possible in many ways, whether it be to brainstorm about new concepts or to perfect existing websites and content. This can be done both in English as well as my native language, Dutch.
